Larry Vogt
Owner/President
In addition to specializing in employee benefits for 35 years, Larry was previously an Executive, Vice President, and Partner of a large, privately-held 50 national insurance agency and TPA. Larry specializes in creative solutions utilizing alternative financial strategies. He is also a producer that holds a series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) securities license. Larry has served on the YMCA finance committee and is active in 100+ Men Who Care, Grant Vogt Memorial Baseball Classic, and Miracle League of Dubuque – a program for special needs athletes.

Austin Vogt
Owner/Vice President
Prior to joining The Vogt Group, Austin was a benefits producer for a Cedar Rapids, Iowa based top 50 insurance and benefits agency. Additionally, he gained further knowledge in the healthcare industry working for a growing pharmacy benefits management firm in Dubuque. Austin brings energy, fresh ideas, and a creative problem-solving approach to help his clients find the best possible employee benefits program possible for them. He strongly believes that providing excellent customer service builds long-lasting client relationships and friendships. Austin is dedicated to providing exceptional employee benefits, life and health solutions for both individuals and companies of all sizes. Austin is active in the Dubuque community with 100+ Men Who Care as well as Grant Vogt Memorial Baseball Classic.

Alex Gaul
Benefit Advisor
Alex was born and raised here in Dubuque, Iowa. Before joining The Vogt Group in September of 2017, Alex worked as a Member Service Representative at a large Credit Union based out of Dubuque. He attended the University of Northern Iowa where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance: Financial Management. Alex is a member of 100+ Men Who Care as well as volunteering for the Run4Troops.
